What Can I Do?


Just take 5 minutes of your precious time, and ask yourself, "What can I do for mother nature? What can I do for the orang utans? How can I help them?"


Simple! Here are a few tips or ways for you to save these animals from extinction:
  • Participate in campaigns organized by various organizations.
  • Join the orang utan adoption programme via the internet and help thousands of orang utans who are orphans experience the feeling of having a parent to nurture and take care of them
  • Participate in signings petitions to prevent deforestation
  • Asia pulp and paper is destroying the forests in Sumatra and therefore causing the death of orang utans. So, please do reduce the usage of paper. Only use them when you have to. And when the need to scribble contact numbers and make shopping lists, use scrap paper.
  • Global warming does not only cause trouble in our daily lives, but the lives of all the animals around us. Yes, that does mean orang utans too! So, do whatever you can to reduce global warming. Lessen electricity usage (that includes air-conditioner, too!) and water usage.
